This is a very good tool. I've been looking for it for quite a while.
Power Menu is a great FREE program to send programs to run minimized in the system tray -like outlook Express.
To use : Run PowerMenu.exe - right click on the game or program in the Task Bar - and choose minimize to tray
Moreoever, PowerMenu also contains transparency features for programs.
