http://www.orcsweb.com/ has the most amazing service I've ever experienced. Consistent 5 minute response time. I use them to host all critical sites.

http://www.WebHost4Life.com/default.asp?refid=erobillard has some of the most competitive prices for ASP.NET hosting, and their configuration interface does a lot even though it's a bit of a patchwork. I use them when cost is more important than guaranteed reliability, though their servers have never let me down. And, when you refer people you get a commission that can be applied towards your hosting. I know one site whose referrals are high enough to count as a revenue stream (it ain't me though).

http://www.MaximumASP.com is another excellent host. Marcie recently moved datagridgirl.com there and she tells me the admin console is wonderful.
